The Life and Health Agent Combo is the course you will need to obtain the General Lines Life, Accident, Health and HMO Agent licenses. This is the license needed to sell life insurance, disability insurance, health insurance and memberships in an HMO (Health Maintenance Organization).
This material prepares you for the TX General Lines Life, Accident and Health Agent exam. A licensee is a person authorized to act as a life agent which entitles them to transact insurance coverage on human lives, endowments, annuities, accidental death, disability income, sickness, accidental bodily injury, 24 hour Care coverage, as well as Long Term Care insurance. Note that an additional 8 hour Long Term Care continuing education class is required in order to qualify for the Long Term Care authorization. The General Lines Life, Accident, Health/HMO exam is 100 multiple choice questions on these products and 30 questions on the rules and regulations governing these products in Texas.

The Property and Casualty course is the preparation you will need to obtain the Texas General Lines Property and Casualty Agent/Broker license. A property and casualty licensee is a person authorized to act as an insurance agent, broker, or solicitor for products such as, but not limited to: auto, motorcycle, recreational vehicle, residential, excess liability, flood, earthquake, commercial liability, commercial property, workers compensation insurance and more. This course prepares you to pass the 100 multiple choice questions on the property casualty products section of the exam, as well as the 30 questions regarding the rules and regulations governing P/C products in Texas.
